Store your recovery phrase
Write the words shown on screen on paper and keep it somewhere safe. Do not photograph them or post them in a messenger.

Send coins to your receiving address, or fill the wallet by swapping inside it.

Holding the key yourself means carrying the responsibility yourself. Please read this before you begin.
- Lose the recovery phrase and it is goneThere is nowhere that can recover it for you. The company cannot reverse it either. Write it on paper and keep it somewhere safe.
- Never share it with anyonePeople impersonate support staff or operators to ask for your recovery phrase. We will never ask for it under any circumstances.
- What you send is hard to undoBlockchain transfers cannot be cancelled. Always check the receiving address and the network before you send.
- Prices moveThe value of the assets in your wallet rises and falls with the market. There is no guarantee your principal is preserved.
- Get the app only from official sourcesFake wallet apps are circulating. Use only what you downloaded from the official page.
Common questions
What is a recovery phrase?
It is the set of words used to restore your wallet. If you lose your device you can reopen the wallet with these words, and without them you cannot.
Can the company see my assets?
We do not receive your private key on our servers. Note, though, that blockchain records are a public ledger anyone can read.
What if I lose my phone?
Install the app on a new device and enter your recovery phrase, and the wallet comes back as it was. Without the recovery phrase there is no way back.
Are there fees?
A network fee applies when a record is written to the blockchain. That fee goes to the network, not to the company.
Where do I download it?
You can get it from the download page. Do not use files obtained anywhere else.
